Looking for tips and practical experience. What do your recruitment requisition codes consist of and how do you use it to report on retention for specific posts?
We are currently implemeing new piece of software alongside our ATS (Workable - Hiring Plan) and are hoping to make the most out of the data.

Hi Liba,
The requisition codes at my company consist of numbers and we track retention etc via a spreadsheet at the moment (so very manual). We are moving to Workday in January 2021 so things will be a lot easier and less manual.
