Recruitment Scams??? Have you ever heard of this??

Hi all

I was really shocked when I watched the video in this clip, it never occurred to me there could be businesses out there who promise jobs but applicants have to pay an 'accreditation fee' and then the job disappears...................

What do you think as HR professionals we can do to raise awareness about this???

    Hi Sarah, wow! For me it's another reason that we should be teaching young people more about the recruitment and application process and what to expect from it, as part of their education. We can't prevent opportunists like this one but we can get people better prepared, I think. Thanks for sharing.
