I recruit for roles on a weekly basis throughout the UK. I have been asked to track each application we recieve via our job boards. I have looked at some examples online named 'Recruitment Trackers', however I feel it could become quite time consuming for me if I input the data on to a spreadsheet each week. The tracker will need to track; Role, gender, stage and cost. I have contacted my IT department to see if they can produce a report which will extract the data of applications and go into a spreadsheet; myself and IT are meeting next week to discuss options.
Has anyone got examples of a tracker, or any methods around this?
