I would value some advice.
We face potential loss of a contract which would mean we need to dismiss a staff team of c25. None have 2 year's service. Several are still on probation. Only 6 have over a year of service.
I know standard redundancy does not apply. Does anyone know if any statutory processes apply beyond contractual notice and decent communication?
All very unexpected so Im under presure to find a way ---- any help welcome
