Hi everyone,
i was wondering if any one can support me with telling the difference with which references i should put in the referencing section and which ones should be in the biblography section. i have watched the videos continuosly but still confused. Can anyone tell me how they have have done them, i would be very grateful.

Hi Hana
If you use information by another author (e.g. models, theories or statistics) in your main body either as a word for word quote or reworded, this must be represented in the reference list to give the author credit.
If you read something which helps your understanding as background reading - but you don't use the information in your work, this can go in the bibliography.
To help you further, you've posted in the Change Management section. For something like this next time, I'd recommend discussing this a forum in your group. You may get more responses there.
