The government has been urged to investigate Capita and FDM Group after former employees revealed that they were ordered to pay thousands in training costs when they decided to leave
I had not heard of this practice for graduate schemes before, interesting also to note the several months unpaid work.
Not sure how this relates to healthy employee engagement?
