Hello, I am currently completing my undergraduate degree at Exeter in Psychology, and have a graduate role within HR for when I finished. I have been able to shape my research project (dissertation) to my interest and we are investigating people’s perceptions of various workplace behaviours and would be extremely grateful if you could participate in the study. Participants must be over 18 years of age and have been in employment for at least 6 months. The study consists of an online questionnaire (link below) that will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. This research is part of a broader project funded by the European Commission [Grant 725128]. The questionnaire has been approved by the Psychology Ethics Committee at the University of Exeter. Please also feel free to share amongst colleagues as we would like a large and diverse sample to be able to analyse. I would be more than happy to share the results with anybody interested.
