Researching for my Level 7 qualification - Help Needed!

I'm currently doing my Management Research Report on Flexible working and the link between that and employee engagement in order to potentially implement a scheme into our business. I took your survey jenny, sometime I could not answer either yes or no as it was not applicable, perhaps you shoudl have another option?
