Hi
We are looking at revising our restrictive covenant in our contracts. We currently have that employees cannot contact our clients for six months after leaving but we are looking to include that they cannot solicit or entice a company employee to leave our employment.
Do any of you have restrictive covenants in your contracts of employment? If so what do they cover?
