RIP Great British Bake Off

For those of you mourning the loss of the GBBF tonight proof here (get it proof) that HR can be linked to anything if you try hard enough. 

A discussion on whether a non-compete clause would have prevented Mary Berry leaving for Channel 4.

On a more HR note, I didn't realise that the use of non-competes was currently part of a government consultation.  Just non-competes by the looks of it you would still be able to use non poaching and non solicitation clauses.
