I came across this on my email feed, thanks to Pinsent Masons for a useful summary of where the dispute has got to. I thought this would be useful for those Level 5 learners who are looking at DER and contemporary developments in employee relations.
I thought the comments about strengthening ACAS' role were interesting and government intervention.
