Shared parental leave

Hi all

I was with my London group on Friday and we were discussing the numbers in terms of Shared Parental Leave and the take up of this.

It was a common theme within the group that not many employees had taken advantage of this, and I have suibsequently found research which has confirmed this.

How has shared parental leave been received in yoru organisation? It would be great to hear your thoughts.

    The policy itself is so confusing so I'm not really surprised there's not been much uptake.
