Hi all,
We currently manage performance on an ad-hoc basis depending on which HRBP the line manager approaches and we need to move to a standardised process where performance issues are identified through triggers and a process kicks in. I am using the ACAS guide as a start but I wondered if anyone would be willing to share their policy for best practice?
