    Thanks for your reply. I understand what is involved in the end - end recruitment process and was asking more specifically if anyone has experience with using the system 'Success Factors' for this.

    An end-to-end recruiting process is the complete recruiting process.

    • It starts with preparation and planning, firstly to write an attractive job description.
    • Sourcing candidates which could be internally and externally.
    • Screening, there are a few types of screening, manual, streamline, resume parsing tools and ATS.
    • Selecting, the right person for the job. There are a few tips and is good to know before you will choose the right candidate.
    • Hiring,  writing a formal email or letter with all detailed information an employee needs to know.
    • Onboarding, the preparation for new employees to settle down in a new workplace.
    • Streamline is an end-to-end recruiting process it looks like a lot of time-consuming and costly, however, the goal is to hire the best candidates for the organisation.
