This is something that I only came across relatively recently and for some of you you may have been aware of this for a while.
It is the Netflix Culture Deck,this is basically developed over a period of time and sets out the way Netflix does things and has some interesting insights especially relating to Freedom and Responsibility.
I used this as an example in some training last week for behavoiural recruitment where we were trying to bring the organisational values to life to assess against.
I also referred to the CIPD report below which I found really interesting.
What practices have worked well for you when creating the desired organisational culture?
