The gender pay gap widens

A good article here that looks at the increase in the median gender pay gap and explains this is an easy to understand manner.  I find this is often confused with equal pay.

Interesting to read when we are in a period of wage inflation.

I think it will soon be mandatory that companies are required to share details of the action plan to reduce this.
