There seem to be a number of challenges where HR can support businesses at the moment.
Last week saw a report issued on a review mental health in the workplace and employers, which outlined some startling facts that approx. 300,000 people with a long term mental health problem lost their jobs each year.
There are some interesting examples of best practice where some organisations are tackling mental health in the workplace. The report also introduces some mental health standards, core and enhanced about the steps which employers can take.
