Training Bonds

Morning All

Can anyone advise me where I could find some standardised wording to add to a contract of employment which covers a 2 year training bond.

Just in case my terminology isnt right (I'm still pretty new to this) - We have paid for a pilot complete type rating for a new aircraft, and as part of the agreement, he is bonded to us for 2 years.  This will be a complete repayment if he leaves us in this period.

I think I just need a fairly simple addition to the standard employment contract to outline this - but I'm not sure where to look to ensure I get the wording right?

Any advice please?

Thanks

Amanda

  • Hi Amanda

Do you have access to HR inform or XPertHR as I am sure you will find one on there.

Alternatively if you don't you can trial both to see if they may be of use for you.

    All the best
