Hi all
I'm new to HR Administration I wondered if anyone had an ideas or experience with easey ways to track staff training for small organisations. Any ideas are welcome.

Did you know that if you go to the list of members, the Members Online button will show you who is online right now? Why not say hello?
Did you know your local CIPD branch will put on relevant events that are free to CIPD members.
Take a look for your local branch here and what events are happening. Remember attending these events are great CPD evidence.

Hi Hannah
We use a system for Administrate. We use it to log our client's training activity however it can be used for internal use as well. Its relatively inexpensive so worth taking a look at.
The only other systems I know are more expensive.
Good luck

Hi Hannah
Do you have an HR system currently in place for your organisation, when I worked in a small organisation we used to update the employee file on their record from which we produced reports. Failing that then I guess it would be as Nichola says a good old fashioned Excel s/s!
Not sure if anyone else has any ideas?
Kind regards
Sarah
HI Hannah
We were a small organisation which has now doubled in size. We have implemented a tracker for each individual store with all relevant training areas listed. Then we can see who has completed what - no dates required as long as evidence ie. records are filed. It would be an excel spreadsheet with all Employee names down the side and all training detailed across the top. You can then use a basic 'key' to show who has/has not completed.
Hope that helps - I can send you an example if you would like
Nic
