Hi all

I was looking for some feedback on how your company monitors working time following the Tyco case.

So for example where you have a sales person, engineer or technician who does not have a typical place of work i.e. they are peripatetic the Tyco case outlined that working time should be counted from the point they left home until the point they returned to their home, and that the whole period counts as 'working time'.

So how do you track employees working time, if the vehicle as in the case of sales reps does not have a tracker?

I would be interested to hear!!

Thanks

Sarah
