Varying contracts the nuclear option?

For those of you who have been watching with interest the escalating Junior Doctor dispute you may be wondering how the Government intends to go about varying the Junior Doctor's contracts of employment.

I have attached an interesting article below on this, the potential pitfalls and what options are open to the employees after they have been served with the new contract.
