I was interested to read this article this morning about how the five biggest providers of care homes have come together to state that the National Living Wage could result in a "catastrophic collapse" in the number of care homes.

I was wondering if there were any other sectors where this may apply? One which I thought of is nursery child care provision.  As this is a sector where typically the National Minimum Wage is paid and salaries are a high proportion of the overhead costs.

Is this an issue for the sector or industry which you work in?

Also I thought it may be of interest for the Level 5 learners for their CER module.
