I was really surprised if I am honest to read this headline. This is really basic stuff that for such a high profile case should have been done correctly.

Another salient reminder that as HR professionals we have a professional duty to ensure fair and transparent practices when supporting and advising on cases. Especially ones of such a sensitive nature for all parties concerned.
