Hi all
I thought I would share this really interesting article it's about the different approaches which companies have taken to apologising and the impact this has for its customers and brand.
I know it's not strictly HR related but does give a flavour of some of the ethical challenges which business leaders face and sometimes how HR can be the conscience of the business.
