Morning all
I saw this item on the news and it got me thinking what other HR aspects could become automated through augmented reality or artificial intelligence?
What is your company doing in this area? Would love to learn what is out there

This is really interesting Sarah, but oh my gosh!
As you know, I'm a huge fan of digital and tech but this one has really got me concerned. Am I being grumpy here, or should I genuinely be worried about this one?
There's something personable about the job interview isn't there? It's a great chance for the characters of the interviewers and candidates to meet. I'm not sure how I'd view a company that plonked me in front of this robot for an interview. I can't say whether I'd be impressed at the use of technology or completely miffed that they've given the once personable task to a machine.
I do get the intent behind it though. Unconscious bias is a major issue isn't it? I posted an article and video about UnConscious Bias on the community a few months ago.
I'm saying from this I get the problem the tech is trying to fix, on the other, I'm wondering whether the tech is the answer to the issue. Is something else that needs to happen to rid unconscious bias in interviews and selection processes. Is that even possible though?
Great share Sarah. You've got me thinking!
Thanks for sharing this Sarah interesting read.
