I am wanting to do the CIPD diploma in HR 100% online and with so many organisations to choose from I just wondered what it is like to study fully online with DPG, whether the support is good and if you would recommend it?

Hi everyone especially those on the HRM online programme it would be great if you could give Bryony your honest views!
Bryony I am one of a number of specialist facilitators for the Level 5 HRM programme so I won't leave my views as obvoiusly they will be a tad biased!
That said the whole programme is brand spanking new and participants tell me very engaging.

I am studying the CIPD L5 HRM course 100% online (I am located in Qatar) and compare to other course i have done online this one supersedes the others by far. Not only do i have really good support from the online Tutor the course is really fun to follow. I can correlate the course with my real life scenarios which helps me a great deal too. If you're in the UK i think you get goodies like an ipad etc so that in itself is worth it!

My colleague, Kathryn Miller and I are the Personal Facilitators on the programme. So, yes, we would recommend it - but then I guess we are biased
We have a group set up specifically for participants studying online, so you could go to that group and ask the people there. All the participants in that group have either started, completed or are due to start the programme.

Another option is to join our group Q&A session next week in which we'll hold a live webinar to discuss the programme with potential participants from around the world. There is no obligation of course. This is on Tuesday 11th July at 7pm (BST) and lasts around an hour.

In terms of support, my colleague Kathryn and I both work full time flexible hours to provide dedicated support to our online HRM participants when you need it.
Another option yet again is that we could set up one to one chat with myself, Kathryn or one of the programme advisors at DPG.

Hi Bryony,
I started my learning in June for the diploma in HR, so far the support has been amazing.
I am part of the blended learning, where the work is done online and around once a month we meet up to discuss what we have learnt. I have had 2 webinars so far and due for my first meet up in August.
This is my first time studying for a degree and they have already relaxed some of my anxiety about the course.
There is always someone there to support you and make you feel at ease.
I would recommend doing the course with DPG.
