5 min questionnaire - How do you prioritise training and development projects?

Hi everyone,

As part of my Level 5 primary research I'm looking into how L&D teams prioritise training project requests from stakeholders, including requests from inside the organisation for training to be made mandatory.

Our L&D team currently gets inundated with requests and we have no formal approach, so I’m looking to put a process in place that will make L&D’s job easier and make our system transparent for our stakeholders. I'd love to learn what you are doing at your organisation.
