As it's conference season I thought it might be useful, and interesting, to see what topics will be covered in forthcoming conference sessions. These topics are generated by conference organisers who will be researching what they consider to be the most important issues and challenges facing L&D. For my research I looked at what was covered in the recent Learning Live conference and what is coming up at the World of Learning and CIPD annual conference. The Learning Technologies conference programme has not yet been published.
This looks like a list that covers many of the areas L&D professionals will be working on and some that will form future areas of work. Are there any surprises in here? And has anything been left off?
