Hello!

I am currently studying for a level 5 L&D qualification and have to complete a small research project.

My primary objective is to understand how companies that are moving away from traditional classrom-based training are harnessing in-house L&D opportunities (preferably in the context of Charles Jennings’ 70:20:10 framework) and to determine how successful this has been and what challenges they have faced.

Ideally I would like to gain feedback from both the L&D Manager and employees.

If you are using this framework within your organisation and have about 20 mins to spare I would be enormously grateful if you would complete my research questions or we could have a chat?

Please email me at emma.ryan06@ntlworld.com for further information.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you.

Emma

  • Hi Emma

I wsasked to do a presentation that a colleague had written regarding the 70 20 10 model and i had never heard of it before being new to L and D.   I have now looked into it more deeply and would be happy to answer your research questions

    Kind Regards
