I'm currently recruiting for a healthcare Recruitment Agency who are looking for a "Learning and Development Specialist" and I couldn't think of a better place to start looking.
This person will be required to work closely with Team Leaders and Consultants to identify their training needs. They will also be responsible for Designing and Implementing appropriate L&D solutions.
