A profession for the future

I just wanted to draw your attention to the CIPD's work entitled Profession for the future which was mentioned a few times at the CIPD's annual conference two weeks ago. What is it? This article describes the initiative and provides lots of great links to supporting research and articles. Put simply, this initiative represents all the work the CIPD is doing into the changing role of work and therefore the changing role of HR and L&D.

It will be well worth following updates on this as the initiative has already produced some interesting research such as this piece on ethical decision making. I presume this work will also have some impact on qualifications over time.
