I'm hoping you can help!
My company has a large levy pot which thankfully we are having no issues spending, however we are struggling when it comes employees commitment.
Although employees are motivated and committed at sign up, this tends to lag within a few months. We are offering our support but some are still insistent on having to drop out - some 9 months in to their 12 month apprenticeship which is sometimes meaning a loss of £3000.
With this cost not being something we can recoup it's something that we are keen to address.
How are you managing to keep your employees motivated and committed? Do you have any policy in place for those that sign up? Any form of commitment statement.
