CIPD Learning and Development Show

CIPD Learning and Development show was this week. Last week, we shared with you five ways to get the most out of the CIPD L&D Show. In that post, our tips weren’t just for those that were attending physically. There are always lots of ways you can get involved and track what’s going on from afar.

A change of plan this week meant that I didn't attend physically, but I was able to keep up to date with what was going on. One thing that made this so much easier is the beautiful artwork coming from consultant artist Simon Heath. His brilliant visual curation of the event and the key messages are a fantastic summary of what was shared during the two days. In fact, Kathryn in our team commented to me this morning that looking at his artwork made her feel like she was actually there.

I had to share these with you in a video curation. It's one that really gets you thinking and reflecting on the key messages of today's organisational learning. Turn it up, have a watch and a listen to what happened at this year’s CIPD Learning and Development Show.
