Wander around any industry conference, event and online discussion and you are certain to hear lots of talk of Learning Technologies. The hype just keeps coming.

Fosway Group is a industry analyst organisation that have been analysing the realities of the market and providing insights for over 20 years. They work with organisations to understand the inside story of the challenges being faced and their real experiences with next gen strategies, systems and suppliers. Together with Learning Technologies, they are gathering input for the fourth annual Digital Learning Realities research to help them create the definitive insights into the truth about digital learning in 2019.

Research like this plays a vital role in the devleopment of our skills and knowledge as learning professionals as well as help us to shape strategies and focus for the organisations we are a part of. It's a bit like the peer-reviews we tend to look at nowadays in our personal lives. Whether we're looking to go on holiday, find somewhere to eat or watch the latest movies, we check out what others are saying right?

It's similar to Learning Technologies. There is so much out there to choose from and if we listen to all suppliers, we'll no doubt hear that their product or thinking is the thing that is just what we need. Just like we don't want a soggy pizza, we don't want Learning Tech that turns out to be a complete waste of time and resource.

The world-wide research that is collated by Fosway in the fourth annual Digital Learning Realities will provide information from people like you, working in the learning profession, sharing their real stories and experiences of what's working for them and what's not. This will help guide and steer the decisions you make and the Learning Technology you consider in the organisations you are working with. The information always brilliantly summarised and visually represented.

But it starts with us all getting involved and completing the survey with our views and opinions. Then we can just stand back whilst Fosway do their thing and create some very useful, insightful information for the benefit of us all.

The headlines will be at the Learning Technologies conference and exhibition in London on 13th and 14th February 2019, with all respondents receiving a copy of the results directly.
