I've recently started a new role with a Housing Association. We have a very diverse workforce and one area I have been assigned to develop is enhancing the use of digital skills across the organisation. We use a vast range of digital applications in the services we provide to our customers and now with the majority of our workforce working remotely, many who even struggle using Zoom or MS Teams, this has become an even bigger challenge, particularly for new colleagues joining the organisation.
I would be interested to hear if anyone else has faced similar challenges and what measures you put in place to combat these.
