I am looking into effect games to help support learning, especially for those subjects were there is a lot to take in. Could anyone share some ideas of games to use.....

Thanks for replying
I am looking for some games/activities to test a delegates knowledge as well as some games to for self-discovery
I work for for a travel contact center so are looking for some games on the the following
- Product/supplier knowledge
- Destination Knowledge
- Customer service/building rapport
- technical skills/systems
I want to get away from the delegate just do research and present back to the group or a quiz
Any ideas/suggestions will be gratefully received
