I have just read an interesting article wrtitten by Jason Seebaruth for Training Journal. Jason wrote about a memorable session he had attended at the L&D Show last month.
The session was presented by Jez Light from Superdry. Jez in his previous role as L&D Manager at Superdry was given just 10 days notice to transform the business!
The article shares some great ideas that Jez used. The ideas came from him thinking back to games he used to play when he was young.
Some great ideas here and make training more fun, interactive and memorable.
