Over a 12 week period which ended around a month ago, I've been part of a Working Out Loud circle, a group of six people working collaboratively together to help each other achieve our individual goals. It's been useful to go through this experience and learn more about this process; an iniative that has worked very well for organisations such as Bosch, Siemens, BMW and DHL.
But what is working out loud, how does it work and what's involved.
In this podcast hosted by Good Practice, myself along with DPG's Mike Collins and our working out loud buddies reflect on the experience and share with you some tips on how this could work in your organisation.
It's half an hour long, very chatty, occasionally amusing and well worth listening right through to the out-take at the very end.

I always really enjoy the GP podcast but I particularly liked this episode. I think working out loud could really work for me because sometimes I need a bit out outer accountability to give me that push!
Loved the push that I felt being part of a group. So, if you got a Working Out Loud circle going Lorna who would be in it?
Have you looked at the WOL guides? Wondered what you thought to them.
