Ideas for initiative activities to help implement and cement learning

Hi All,

Currently I am redesigning my companies 3 week classroom based induction training

The 3 weeks training consist of system, product, brand  and customer service knowledge

Within the 3 weeks there is a lot to take in, and therefore I would like to implement some fun and initiative activities to help implement and cement key leanings on each subject.

Has anyone got any tried and tested activities which they could suggest to help me out
