I am looking to streamline our induction and initial training process. We are a small business of around 60 employees but growing rapidly and soon it's going to be difficult to manage. I was hoping to find an online programme that not only provides the initial training we require (H&S, Food Hygiene, Fire Safety etc.) but also lets me know when each employee is due to renew their training. Has anyone outsourced training like this before and if so are there any suplliers I should take a look at?
