OK so let's clear one thing up before we start - Pedagogy is not a term I'm fond of (I can't even pronounce it) so let's try and make it simple.

of

education;
instructional
methods.
So it's importance here is that this directly relates to what we do as Learning & Development professionals and of course how we do it as well.
