As with all new technology, it's not surprising that we're seeing the presence of VR in learning exhibitions and conferences as suppliers line up to sell us their wares. But is Virtual Reality the next snake oil or is there mileage in using this to support organisational learning?

Rachel Burnham and Niall Gavin have spent several months looking into VR and it's use within learning. They've looked at a variety of examples and applications and shared their findings in an interview I did with them this morning.
