L&D/OD in Marketing

Hi all

Firstly just to say how much I've enjoyed logging in and getting back up to speed with this great (and beautifully revamped) site and it's wonderful content...still so much worthwhile input and shares!  It's been way too long and as you'll see from the time I've been engrossed!

I wondered if anyone out there works in L&D or undertaking OD role within Marketing? I've looked at the OD info posted which has been invaluable but wondered if anyone could share any insight into any current Marketing specific L&D/OD requirements?  Any pointers/ideas for assisting Marketing achieve it's vision of excellence?

    Great question Rachel. Can I ask for more. Do you mean what L&D need to do to support the Marketing team to develop?
