Learning Now TV - December Programme

Learning Now TV - December 17th programme

So the holiday season is upon us once again. It has been a great year for Learning Now TV, the online TV channel for L&D professionals.

The programme broadcasts live online each month with access to previously broadcasted programmes from the website when you sign up FREE!

In the last month of 2015 and a little earlier than usual the LNTV programme is packed with L&D issues hosted by Nigel Paine and Kim George. The programme starts at 8.00pm UK time but you can join live at 7.45pm UK time for the pre-programme show with Ady Howes where you can join in the live social stream.

This month again there is no password to use so sign in by just clicking the link:

In this programme:

Nick Shackleton-Jones in an extended edit version discusses how BP has moved from courses to resources, wearable tech and Apps and how they will use them in learning.

Martin Couzins won an award for his services to learning at The Training Journal Awards this month and he talks to LNTV about Curation and why this is so important in L&D today.

Jo Cook is one of the LPI's senior tutors on its global live online learning certification programmes COLF & CDOL. In a fascinating interview Jo talks about how you should follow some basic steps to facilitate and design successful virtual classroom sessions.

Coaching and the benefits it brings to leadership is very topical currently so who better than Jennifer Wrigley from Discovery Networks to tell us all about it.

Roving reporter from Australia Helen Blunden is an avid vlogger and in this report she shares why it is one of her passions. Helen shows some tools and equipment she uses, maybe its a New Year resolution for you to become a vlogger?

No programme would be complete without the always popular Trainers' Tips from Jon Kennard, this month and continuing the theme on curation he focuses on resources that can be used.

It would not be a season ending programme without LNTV's own Executive Producer Colin Steed coming up with a special feature on 'when things have quite not gone to plan'.

If you encounter problems logging into the programme

You can access the programme on laptop, tablet, smartphone (IOS or Android) or even a Smart TV
