I am seeking some assistance in one of the projects i am working on and i hope i can have some useful ideas here !
We run a 2-years Management development program every year (some sort of graduate scheme program) but we target our internal employees and rotate them from one market to another to give them exposure to new culture and management until they are ready to hold a higher position level.
The first intake is due to complete the program this October and I would like to check if there is a chance to improve it for the next intake to get the best outcomes.
My question is within your experiences, what were the best practices for similar programs in terms of assignments duration (3, 8 months each, or 2 with 12 months each), Projects assigned to participants..etc ?
If you have any similar programs, I will be more than thankful if you can share your best practices.
