So I cut my teeth on Webex and loved it, before moving to Adobe Connect when I joined DPG. I'm now looking at Citrix GoToTraining as a replacement as it is integrated with our new Learning Pathway.
Has anyone used Citrix before either GoTo Meeting or Training
I'd be interested in hearing what your experience has been like and how the tool works as an online delivery tool both as a facilitator and as a learner.

Hi Mike, I've not used GoTo products yet but would be interested to hear how you or anyone else is getting on with it! I've been WebEx all the way but have just started looking into Connect - I've been impressed with what I've learnt so far and thinking about getting a trial on the go!

Hi Mike,
we use GoToMeeting for online meetings here and also GoToWebinar for customer webinar sessions.
I've not had any real issues with either and both lend themselves really well to the format of online delivery in fairness.
A good tip though is to make sure your attendees are prepared for the session i.e. use a headset rather than a phone if possible maybe giving them a quick Tip sheet in the invite, to get the best out of the session.
The only issue I've had recently is echo from headsets. Citrix are keen to improve the service though so make sure you speak to them if you do have any problems.
We're also looking at using GoTotraining in the near future as it also integrates with our LMS. A key thing to work out when deciding on LMS and Online classroom platforms.
