For anyone in this group who is in L&D and periodically glances at the People Management magazine wondering why the content is so HR biassed, then the simply answer is that the magazine does not know what proportion of the (I hesitate to say readership here) people the magazine is sent to are in the L&D profession. I often read it and get very little in the way of L&D out of it, some of the other stories are interesting but you points on twitter are valid. I suspect nothing has changed as people haven't got on their case.
