You'll also find the information below shared during the webinar useful. Whilst this is all crucial information for Learning and Development teams, there is a need to share this information wider. During the webinar, one of the barriers to developing a modern approach to L&D discussed were where others in the organisation, often at a senior level, believe a more traditional approach is required. However, as you'll see from the report, the top deck of performing organisations are taking interesting and creative paths in their approach to organisational learning which are well worth exploring.
