If anyone is carrying out any face-to-face training, I'd be interested to know what issues you are finding. What is working and wjhat chalenges are you coming up against.
Where f2f is necessary we are finding that limited numbers and thorough risk assessing enables a safe environment.
Thanks for any thoughts you can offer.

Hi Jonathon
Do you mind me asking what kind of training you are delivering? What sector are we talking about?

Morning Gary,
We're in experiantial learning, combining outdoor activities (often 30-minute problem-solving tasks) with facilitated outcome-driven discussion. We work for many different sectors. The current situation is accelerating our uptake of online learning, but still interested to know about how others are approaching f2f. We are limited in terms of our usual activities, but anticipate demand for simplified experiential programmes retruning from May, possibly residential from September.
All the best
Jonathan
