With awards season upon us - the Training Journal and Elearning Awards are on the same night next month - I thought it would be good to create a place where we can share our own successes.
Not only is it great to see and hear each other's achievements it also provides great learning and inspiration for others. It might also act as an award entry for next year! And I wouldn't mind betting a lot of L&D professionals help colleagues share their colleagues' successes but not their own.
So, share the successes you have had (however big or small you consider them to be). What are you most proud of doing?
